Missing recent transactions in history and inability to leave a tip on the latest Starbucks app

In previous versions of the Starbucks app, after your order was complete a dialog box popped up giving you the option to view an order summary. When you go to that screen there were options for no tip, a $.50 tip, a $1 tip or a $2 tip. With the latest version of the app, these tipping options do not appear anywhere. I am not sure if this is a voiceover problem or a general bug. I wrote Starbucks and they just replied with canned instructions on how to place a tip from the app. I sent them a screenshot of my order history which doesn't even show my recent transactions for the last several weeks. I use the app nearly daily, but the latest transaction it now shows is from November 2. This is obviously not user error. Anyone else running into this?

I have made a couple of posts here lately including this one and another one about the new UberEATS app and I am not getting any responses. Is this forum not as active as it used to be?

I would call starbucks, you definitely have missing transactions, i usually call instead of E-mail. Then you can show them what it is doing, over the phone. I had this issue and a call indicated that there was an issue, and it happened after they rolled out the update. It was later resolved.

Hi Joe. Sometimes people in the applevis community are busy during the day, so they might not be able to post anything. This is why the forum is not active that much. We all need to be patient when people are doing what they want. So if someone has free time during the day they will be able to respond to your posts. About the Starbuks app:
1. Try restarting your iOS device.
2. Delete and reinstall the app.
3. Try making another transaction and see if they give you a tip.
4. If that doesn't work and might be a VoiceOver issue, send a report to [email protected].

Thank you to the above user with the helpful suggestions. Also, forgive my impatience. Patience is a virtue I am still working on, LOL. The suggestion to delete and reinstall the Starbucks app worked! Much appreciated, and hopefully now if somebody else experiences this challenge they will see this solution
