Misspelled words in any language except for the main iPhone one

Hi all.
I have an iPhone Se 2020 (IOS 17.5.1). Every time I change keyboard to a different language than Italian (my phone language), most of the words I type are read out as misspelled by VoiceOver, though they are spelled correctly. I've noticed this very annoying bug for a long time now, and none of the updates seems to be able to fix it. I tried to delete all my keyboards (which automatically deletes also dictionary and language) and add them again, but the bug remains. As I'm a translator and I often switch keyboard to write in different languages, I find this bug particularly annoying, as it makes it impossible to know if you actually made a spelling mistake or not.
TO make the picture clearer, I'll add that, even if the keyboard is set to a language different than Italian, Italian words are still labelled as correct, unlike words in the chosen keyboard language.
Do other people experience the same problem?
