I am having an app that has it’s own notification sound and for some reason it only makes the threetone sound.
Is there a way to get the sound back without having to reinstall the app?
If you have off-load unused apps turned on, you can go into settings, and manually off-load the app. Then go and get it from the cloud. It will place back ALL docs and data!
If you don't have it turned on, go to settings, itunes and app store, and toggle on the setting that says off-load unused apps.

Thanks Dawn. I offloaded Plant nanny and then redownloaded the app on and it works now. I can hear the custom sounds.
