ordering groceries for delivery with the WalMart app

Hi all,

How do I use the iOS WalMart app to order groceries and then have them delivered? I'll need to know where to go in the app to enter my account info, then where to go and how to add products to the cart, and finally how to set up the delivery and submit that.
