playing music to a caller on iPhone

Hello, I do not know if this is in the right area of the forum but hope it is. I'm trying to, with my iPhone 5S connected to the Mac or Pc, play content from the computer into the iPhone while on a telephone conference. Is this possible and if so, how? thanks and have a great day.

Sorry to tell you this, but I'm pretty sure this can't be done. A few friends and I have had some success using a hardware mixer and something like FaceTime Audio or Skype, but at that point you might as well use your computer and an app like Virtual Audio Cable (windows) or Audio Highjack Pro (Mac). That's what I use and it works fairly well for Skype or FaceTime audio calls.

Thanks, How would audio hijack help as I'm not recording? I merely want to channel the sound through the computer tot he phone, could it be done if I used hand off to phone the line with the mac? thanks.
