Have you tried the app out yourself? It's now free on the mobile platforms. Not for new users for the web though, there going with the subscription model for that part of the service.
As @Daniel said, Pocket is available for iOS for free and provides text-to-speech functionality for some time.
As this functionality is fairly limited in its implementation you may want to try some apps that are primarily text-to-speech apps and have more rich interaction, but also support Pocket integration. One such app is my Speech Central, you may try it for free and see if it fits your needs better than Pocket.
I have seen this option when overviewing competing apps in several apps, so you may check them too, just top of my head I am not 100% sure to say which ones actually have Pocket support, but others may bring more info regarding that.

I have just started uiing pocket casts, can i hide archived episodes uiing voiceover, from a podcast feed at all? Thank you
