Problem with jumping cursor in WhatsApp on iPhone 6

<p>Hi all, My wife has Iphone6 &amp; she keeps complaining of the fact that whenever she is nevigating through the messages, the cursor keeps on jumping on its own through the messagelist. Any ideas?</p>
