What do you all think of this
The ReVision Fitness App is an audio-based fitness program universally designed to be accessible for both sighted and visually impaired and encompasses all levels of fitness and goals from beginner to expert, from no equipment to a full training facility. Each exercise lesson in the classroom, workout in the fitness studio, and schedule in the fitness plans is designed by blind personal trainer and 4 time Paralympic athlete Tyler Merren. Every classroom lesson is meticulously described using clockface directions, reference points, and step-by-step instructions to teach proper mechanics for any exercise. Each workout includes a beginner and advanced level and options for working out with music and without. The fitness plans include general guides and schedules for various fitness goals such as losing weight and toning up and provide useful action steps to help you get fit. Not sure how to set proper goals? We walk you through the process. Unsure of how to position yourself for particular exercises? We’ve got you covered. Certainly interesting

I have this app but haven't tried it yet. It certainly sounds promising and after visiting a local gym that tried to kick me out for having my guide dog and didn't have any braille signage on their bathroom doors, I'm a lot more interested in accessible fitness now. Just need the motivation to remember to try it out...

Sounds good, I'll check it…

Sounds good, I'll check it out. I don't know about anyone else, but I feel selfconcious in the gym. I don't like the fact people can see me and I cannot see them so this sounds like a good way of getting ahead of it and taking back control.

I can understand the viewpoints here

I can understand self consciousness however I've tried the "accessible" fitness deal and it was not for me. I did it on my own, no on else watching and felt absolutely ridiculous. If it works for you, good luck. As for the guide dog thing, that's awful and i hope something's done about it.

Works Brilliantly for me

I've been using this app for more than a year and love it. There's such a lot of content that its taken me all of that time to work through everything on offer. I really like the quick 10 minuet work outs and have, much to my own surprise, taken to yoga, big time, and now use the Yoga classes as warmups and cool downs. Can't wait for the new stuff that is coming.
