Similar in many ways to lire but somewhat more aggressively platform-centric.
I use lire every day, myself. I recommend that one. The price is right and the odds are good that it will meet your needs, but its best feature is arguably its VoiceOver tweaks that make it very agreeable to read full-text feeds. This is especially useful whilst your sat on the toilet and have limited use of your hands. It works well with Voice Control, too.

The app specifically mentions that it has Voiceover setup. It uses even Magic-tap for accessing some of the pages, such as settings. After afor mentioned Lire, this may be the best one yet.
I've been using Lire on a daily basis for some time ever since an app for a local news site received a major update that totally messed it up and I must say I like Lire. I think I bought it some time ago; can't remember when but it's very accessible.
I was using Net News Wire before that and it was also really good, and free.
The main thing Lire has going for it is that it will download the full content of the RSS article even for those RSS feeds that just have a truncated version, and it then formats it nicely so you don't have to put up with ads or the rest of the rubbish that tends to come along with it.
It also has some VoiceOver options so you can tweak the order things are spoken which is a nice touch although I didn't find the need to change anything as it works nicely anyway.
I think it is well worth the price. However, sadly I can't say the same for the Mac version which is not so great with VoiceOver.
I just gave Net News Wire a try, and...I'm starting to like it.
It seems to me that Net News Wire has everything that Lire have. Now I can't really decide which one is better...
The one issue I noticed though is with the unread articles widget. For some reason the widget says there are no unread articles when in fact that's not true when I open the app.

Lire RSS Reader
Lire RSS Reader is very good. It can be found at this link. I also know there is a podcast on it.

A couple of options
Here are a couple of accessible options for you. One is a paid app, and one is free. Both are VoiceOver accessible. Enjoy. 🙂
