There is. Go to the search field and type in for example: AppleVis and hit search. Then you have a choice of filters, (pages, places, posts, etc etc. You can either click on 1 of these, or scroll through the list until you find what you want.
But, if you are looking for pages, then I'd suggest going to Google, either in your browser, or jhe Google app, which I find easier for this sort of thing and typing in the name of the page and Facebook next to it. I've found that 98% of the time, I'm successful at finding pages. And if you're in the Google app, it's a bit easier to navigate Faceboo's web site. For the most part, you should be able to find pages using the app's search field. You can also search for hashtags. Just type #blindness (as an example), into your search field and go from there.
