Seeking an audio player where you can hear audio during fast-forward/rewind

Hi, I am looking for an audio player app, which I can hear the audio when it is rewind and fast forwarded like the old cassette players. Does anyone know if such an app exist? Unfortunately I could not do it with the IOS native player.
