Seeking an iOS Browser with Reliable Translation

Hello everyone,
I'm looking for recommendations for the best web browser for iOS, specifically one that handles translation well for a VoiceOver user.
I'm currently facing a couple of issues with the most common browsers. When I use Google Chrome and try to translate a webpage, the page becomes completely unresponsive after I activate the "Translate" feature, and I can no longer navigate it with VoiceOver.
With Safari, I've run into a different problem. When I try to translate a page, for instance from Persian to English, nothing happens, and the page content remains in the original Persian.
My primary goal is to translate web pages from Persian to English. The reason this is so important for me is that I rely on the Screen Recognition feature, and it works best when the content is in English. Since many of the web apps I use are in Persian, I need a reliable way to translate them first.
Has anyone else experienced these issues? I would be very grateful for any suggestions for an alternative browser or a potential workaround for either Chrome or Safari.
