signing into the qvc app?

Does anyone on here have any experience with the qvc app? When I try to sign in, It brings me to sign, vo says sign in heading level1, I swipe right and then vo will say account sign in but when I double tap on that it doesn't do anything, then I will swipe right and that's the furthest it will go. How do I sign in?
