Siri commands for uber

How do you request an Uber using Serie? My wife has tried several times but after it asks wha type of ride that she wants, it forces her to go to the Uber AP. It will not complete the transaction.
For example, when she says that she would like a rideto a location, Serie asks her which service she wants, then dumps her into the AP to set it up herself. She only has the use of one hand, so actually negotiating the AP is not an option at this time. For now, I am setting up her rides, but she wants to do it on her own.
Any ideas?

Hello. I'm sorry your wife is having so much trouble. My first thought is you need to make sure her app is set to "Uber X." This is the default option, except since i haven't had any coffee yet, I'm drawing a blan as to whether you can specify the typeof car you hail in the profile. Ok so if that didn't work, I suspect it didn't, have you say something like this. "Request Uber X to Starbucks, 143 milk Lane." So she's already telling what car type she wants. I've never ordered Uber with Siri, so these ideas may not help. I do hope they are somewhat successful. Best of luck.

Hello.

If this previous suggestion doesn't work, try this.

When Siri started supporting these apps such as Uber, you had to toggle it on. So Siri had a new setting added to her settings, called App Support. You can go to this sub-menu, either go to settings, or tell siri to take heh there, & go to the Siri settings. From that point, swipe down until you see a setting called app support. Once you click on that, you'lb get a list of all apps that have intigration including Uber. It may say Uber off in your case. Just tap to click the setting to on & you're done! Good luck & hope this helps you.
