I have automatic updates turned on for my apps because I'm so bad at checking them manually. However, and I don't know how long this has been going on, some don't update even when I have this turned on. I can tell because when I go to some apps, I have the option to update. But when I go to my account, I can see the ones that were updated.
Is anyone experiencing this and can tell me why this is happening?

And there's another issue:
Some apps don't appear under the Available Updates heading even though they actually have newer releases and can be updated. If the app is designed by the developer to inform the user of a downloadable update upon launch, you might still get update messages even if you don't find that particular app under the aforementioned heading. Also, due to the very same issue, you may have to scroll down with three fingers to refresh the list of available updates. This bug has been present for quite a long time.
