I have found that the Starbucks app, which was once accessible, is now almost unusable as of the latest version. Is anyone else having trouble? This is especially troubling considering that the release notes specifically claim they have enhanced the experience for voiceover users. If this is their idea of "fixing" something, maybe they should "un-fix" it. There were a couple of minor bugs in earlier versions that I had reported to Starbucks, such as not being able to change the size of your drink when placing an order through the app. That bug still exists. Another challenge was navigating the map view of stores. That issue also still exists. Basically, I am not seeing what they fixed, but I am sure finding that they've made it even harder to get through a mobile order. I just send them a scathing email where I didn't hold back my frustrations as a long-time customer and, up to this point, a champion of their mobile app.

I too wrote star Bucks several months back when they first added the mobile order capability, with the same complaints of not being able to pick a size or another store location for pick up. I can say now that the store picker/map issue has been fixed for me with this latest update. however the issue with being able to change drink size still exists. the app has become less sluggish since the update from a couple of days ago. I think part of the issue with sluggishness and some of the Voice-Over issues were due to the conversion of everyones point balances to the new point system (I'm guessing.) I would suggest maybe uninstalling the app, re-booting the IPhone, and then re-installing the app to see if that clears up any issues. The app does look a bit different I believe so maybe trying to learn where things have been relocated may help as well.

Changing drink sizes is definitely an issue that needs to be dealt with.
Also choosing milk type
A lot of this is now accessible, but drink sise and choosing milk seems to be a problem for me. Has anyone contacted Starbucks about this, or do they check on here from time to time? Contacting them though twitter or facebook is always an option and they seem to be open to voiceover accessibility

Starbucks has wonderful customer service, and I got a reply the same day I wrote them. They were so kind, in fact, I immediately felt some remorse about my somewhat frustrated tone in my initial email. Long story short, I was assured they're aware of lingering accessibility issues and it's being worked on. I got a true sense of urgency from the reply and feel confident they'll get the kinks ironed out for us. In the meantime, let's enjoy those grande-sized drinks! Lol.
No accessibility improvements in new update
I just upgraded to the newest version of the app and did not find any improvements for voiceover. Still cannot change drink size for example. Hopefully the fixes will come along soon
