I have found that the Starbucks app, which was once accessible, is now almost unusable as of the latest version. Is anyone else having trouble? This is especially troubling considering that the release notes specifically claim they have enhanced the experience for voiceover users. If this is their idea of "fixing" something, maybe they should "un-fix" it. There were a couple of minor bugs in earlier versions that I had reported to Starbucks, such as not being able to change the size of your drink when placing an order through the app. That bug still exists. Another challenge was navigating the map view of stores. That issue also still exists. Basically, I am not seeing what they fixed, but I am sure finding that they've made it even harder to get through a mobile order. I just send them a scathing email where I didn't hold back my frustrations as a long-time customer and, up to this point, a champion of their mobile app.
