Status bar on an iPhone 12 is different when unlocked and locked

I used AT&T for awhile and the status bar would say things like AT&T wifi both when the phones were locked and open to the home screen. On my 12, because I use spectrum mobile, I hear spectrum wifi if I'm on the lock screen. when I unlock, there's only the time, battery, location tracking and my wifi network. What's with that?

Because the time isn't shown in the Status Bar on the Lock Screen or Notification Center, it frees up some space for something else. My guess is that this is what's happening here. It would be similar to my own experience.

I'm guessing English isn't your first language, so my question didn't make sense. I was simply curious if others had that experience. now that people do, I'm fine.
