iOS and iPadOS
Hi all. I know there will probably be many topics like these. However I wanted to share my experience.
I have an iphone 3gs 8 gigabyte. Really old phone. Refurbished too. I am getting the 4s next only because I don't have and won't have the 199 dollars for the 5 and most features on the 5 that I am interested in are on the 4s so except for the design I won't be missing out on much.
I will get a 5 eventually. But going from the 3gs to 4s is going to be a huge leap.
Ok so anyway.
Install here went slow but successful.
A few times I began to worry but touching the phone and telling that it was warm assured me it was still doing something.
Everything appears as it should be and I absolutely love the new appstore.
I will state all the fuss about nda and such. I personally think as others that the gun was jumped on announcing that and I believe that even more so now.
Apple has shown no lack yet in improving accessibility features and the ios version 6 is huge proof of this. I have only been using it for about half an hour now and have already run into a ton of improvements.
I did visit the appstore as I wanted to test what everyone was concerned about. And it works fine! I actually love it!
Very well designed and works with voice over perfectly.
Anyway. I could go through a list of features I have already found. But I think experience is the best teacher.
In any case. Don't worry about problems updating and accessibility. in fact on my phone anyway things are running much smoother than they ever did in any version of ios 5.
I am extremely pleased.
However I am upgrading to a 4s as soon as I am able. Probably december.
