Switching From Non-Visual To Visual Voicemail

When I got my new iPhone, I moved the SIM card from my old cell phone to the new iPhone. When I double click on the voicemail tab, my old non-visual voicemail gets called. How do I correct this and get to the setup screen of the visual voicemail? Dave
