Taking pictures and uploading them to my blog with descriptions

Hi all,

I am going on a vacation in September. I am planning to take a lot of photographs with my Iphone and to upload them on to my blog which uses wordpress as a content management system. I want to be able to take a series of pictures, compose a post about them and to upload them on to the blog. How do I do this? For example, I may go to the bank of a river, take some pictures there, add them to a single post and then upload them on to my blog when I return to the hotel. I could take the pictures using the camera app, and then upload them individually on to the blog or get them on to my desktop and then upload them but I want to do this in near realtime to avoid the hastle of post vacation classification.
