Taking screenshots with VO

Hello,

I have a couple of things in messages I need to take a screenshot of. Does it matter where VoiceOver is focused? For example, if the VO cursor is focused on one message, would it just screenshot that one message or the entire screen? And is there any way of me being able to tell how much it has taken a picture of?

Here is what I do. I installed the app Prizmo which costs 9.99 but it is worth it. After you took the screenshot, you just imported into the application, and it will tell you what you have taken a picture of. You could probably use another OCR application, but i use this one because i know it works
