talking clock app that works with iOs 15 and can announce the time every 15 minutes

No matter what I do, I cannot get the chime app to work on my iPhone running iOs 15. Is there an alternative to the chime app that will announce the time with speech every 15 minutes?

Simple interface and has 9 settings for time announcements.

This is a bug, so apps like chime won't work for any of us. Big ben works and does what you're requiring. It's a paid app - 89 pence on the UK store.
