Text grabber for free during 12 days gifts

Jason, Yes, as you have said the 12 Days of Gifts by Apple starts on the 26th of December. They will be offering apps, songs, books, and much more. However, as with anything related to Apple and what they have up their sleeves. Well, that is to be remain a mystery. Nobody knows what they will be offering for the 12 Days of Gifts. As much I would love to see them offer something that would very accessible for us. I can't promise nor do I know what Apple will be putting out there for us to download. It will be more than likely that the apps that they will be offering may not be all that accessible. Again, we can only guess. There are no official release of what is being offered for us. That would spoil the Christmas gift right? ;)

It’s difficult to imagine any realistic scenario in which either Apple or the developers would want to include TextGrabber or Prizmo in this promotion. At most there will be 3 or 4 apps given away over the 12 days. These will be relatively high profile apps where the developer has a way to profit - be it through in-app purchases to unlock additional features or promoting other apps they offer. It’s probably a very safe bet that this means we will see a couple of totally inaccessible games included. Having had access to this promotion in past years, I would strongly encourage those for whom it is available for the first time not to get too excited. The likelihood is that you are going to be seriously underwhelmed 12 times.
