Is there an app that will use an iPhone’s camera to recognize and speak text in real-time?

iOS and iPadOS
Is there an app that can read text to me in real time, by pointing my phone camera at it, for example, restaurant menus? Using Voiceover. IOS10.2 and IPhone 6S Plus.
You can find a plethora of apps. Names that come to mind are Text Detective, VoiceCam, Voice, KNFB Reader and many others. And I think KNFB Reader is by far the best.
I hope this helps.
I've also been looking for something like this. I don't think any of the apps you mention work in real-time. I'm thinking more of something like google goggles, which seems to be defunct now, that scans and reads detected text in realtime but doesn't stop the scan to process or after it detects text.

What about Identifi or Text Grabber?
I haven't actually used these apps, but I'm thinking Identifi and Text Grabber claim to do what you want.
Talking Goggles
The app Talking goggles will do that. It used to be a lot faster than it is now though. There is a paid and a free version. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/talking-goggles-a-camera-with-speech/id602999586?mt=8. Follow Blind_iPhone on Twitter.

I deleted goggles from my device. I find that Identifi does what I need to do, plus tap tap see works well most of the time
