Good morning. I recently got a new iPhone. The phone is already set up. What is the best way to transfer apps and music from my old phone to the new one? I tried transferring everything by connecting my phone to my Mac, but nothing transferred. Thank you.

Hi there I would suggest the easiest way to get your stuff to your phone is to simply restore your phone and when it asks if you wish to set the phone up as a new phone or use a back up then use the back up option. After it has done what it has to do and restarted all of your stuff will be downloaded. The time this takes depends on how many apps and how much music and other such data was on your back up.
