I have used Supersense about a year and have found most of the features very useful. My frustration is with my disastrous experience paying for the lifetime subscription last December. I paid for the subscription during one of the company's promotions. This was after paying for the monthly subscription a number of months. The lifetime charge cleared my credit card, but the app never acknowledged that I made the payment
I have tried repeatedly to contact the company via the app's "feedback" button and the "request a call" button. Nothing has generated any response.
It appears that my December payment is going to be money down the drain since the app indicates that it will switch to the free mode in April.
The Supersense web site shows no way of contacting the company.
I suppose that I may have done something wrong when I used the app's Subscription feature in December, but I sure would like some customer support to straighten this out.

Try this
Go into your subscription settings under your Apple ID and cancel the subscription first, next, go to the Supersense app and select the menu Button, once the subscription is canceled, you can still use the service which will be on the yearly subscription.
If you have already purchased the lifetime subscription, go to the subscription button on the Supersense app and press restore purchases, once the subscription has expired, you’ll be automatically converted into the lifetime subscription if you have purchased it.
I also have their customer service number if you need it.
Cancel the subscription now and press restore purchases in the Supersense app.
Note that if A subscription is canceled and it’s still active and has a remaining duration, you will still be on that plan and if restoring the purchases does not work, you need to wait until the subscription expires first before you will be converted into the lifetime subscription.
