Hi, all
I am considering jumping into twitting. Question what app is accessible to start twitting? How easy will be to use the twitter app? Suggestion on how to go about will be nice. Please know that I never twitter and I am interested, maybe or perhaps.

Apps for twitter
The native twitter app is ok and some people like tweetbot or twitterific. I like the native app. Good luck.
Think before you create an account
Hi The native twitter app is personally fine for me. i liked twitter before they revoked access to third party authentication apps, and I thought twitteriffic was one of them. The main twitter app is easy to figure out. The reason I suggested you think is because it depends on how active you want to be with Twitter. You can post infrequently, or be one of the people who puts up a ton of photos like i do, and use a ton of hashtags. a hashtag looks like this #Applevis I'll give you an example of how twitter will look you can mention people by using the @ sign which is the shift and hold down the number two on your keyboard. So it would be @Irish_storm Twitter has a 280 character limit and the mentioning of people like i just told you, wouldn't take up that space. I'll also tell you the companies are more responsive on Twitter. i hope i explained things clearly enough because i know English isn't your first language. I'd also recommend you look at the twitter website, create the account and not post, before you are comfortable.
Thanks
The app that you are talking is twitter? Got it.
the app yes
You're welcome. I was also trying to give you an explanation of what twitter is. Pretty much much, twitter is a short way to put out a funny joke, or say where you are, as in you went to lunch somewhere but you can also share links to websites, videos, pictores as i told you, and you can direct message as well. They the messages, don't have a limit of characters, or if they do I think it's something like ten thousand. i use it besides pictures, to vent and write things that most people would find offensive but i just say what i want. :) so I hope you will understand there may be offensive language or other things you are not prepared for. One last thing you can have your account private or public. If private, people who follow you need to request it. If it's public, it's just what the word means. Also when you have the account setup, you can text twitter if you want, and i think there's an Apple watch app too. i don't know since I don't have a watch.
Twitter
Mostly will be for podcast that I like such as the apple insider, 9to5, history of the world podcast and several sciense podcast. I am not interest in following that person or whoever. You are safe that I will not follow you even so you are nice.
problem
Was able to create user name and password in my PC but can not access twitter on the iPhone. It ask me to confirm via voice text verification and is not accessible. How do do this without help from a sighted person?
Castro
For podcast, use Castro, which will track podcasts for you.
I'll try to help
It is accessible to set it up on your iphone. You have to get a text message, with a verification code. When you put in your number, it will send a code. Let's say the code is 65124 You then write that code, itno the app and it hsould work. It's been quite a long time since i've set it up, so I might have missed a step or two. As for following me, you are more than welcome to do that. I was trying to explain how it worked. If you need help, imight be able to do that with you somehow.
Thanks
Was able to do so.. Thanks. The PC is hard to use. Is there a guide on how to use it? Soon will close account due to the headache.
A few tricks of the trade.
Hello. If you are asking about the twitter app, let me help. First, tap on your account menu. It's at the top left and it has your username. in other words if you are Holger125 you would hear that followed by the word button. tap that, and swipe to settings and privacy. Once you double tap, swipe until you hear accessibility. Look for the heading 'interaction'. The first item says 'magic tap to compose tweet'. This is a button. Press it, and once you do, when you want to compose a tweet, tap twice with two fingers as if you were answering a phone call. Here's an example of how to do this. You want to be in the home tab which is the first tab of the screen. Once on it, tap twice with two fingers. You hear compose edit text. Then write in something, for instance hello not going to use this much. When you are done writing, the tweet button is at the top right of the screen. I know it sounds confusing but if you give it some time and I'll help as much as I can, you might find you enjoy using it. You can set it so that it won't notify you of anything, in case you don't want to use it ever after this. I hope I helped and please keep asking questions. Let me show you as much as I can before you decide to leave. OK? :)
Thanks.
Yes. I did setup for those I selected and not f for everyone. I will play with it. Thanks for taking the time. The PC use is a headache. Hope the iPhone is easier to use.
You might want to see if there's another app
Hi. As i said, i don't use windows. I remember people used to create a ton of apps. I think there was chicken nugget or something but it's been years since I even worried about that. Glad i could help with your other questions. Feel free to contact me off list, use the form and I'll do anything else I can.
TWBlue on Windows
I agree wholeheartedly that the Twitter website on Windows is a real pain in the posterior. But TWBlue (a free program) makes using Twitter a breeze. It uses key combinations as its user interface. It makes following blogs and podcasts very easy. In fact, that's how I follow Applevis. It's how I found this thread.
App
I went to the web page and first thing I saw a notice that the app does not work with twitter. Something to do with new members and suppose to follow a complicated instruction so I did not even try. So far twitter is for the birds.
You are right
Hi. You are right, twblue has quite an extensive way on how to fix it. Just reading it, i don't know i would try that solution. Let me see if there are any other apps. I sent you an email on how to fix the person you followed by mistake. Keep at it, I think once things are set, you will find it easy. By the way, there's no one who says you have to use a windows app and the phone. I think there are watch apps as well. Just do what works for you. Keep asking questions.
Twitterific
I will look into this one also to replace twitter but I understand that twitterific can not get notification due to issues with twitter.
