Updating to El Capitan with BootCamp & Voiceover?

Hi list,
I want to upgrade my 2014 MacBook Air to El Capitan from Mavericks and have a couple of questions that hopefully some of you can answer for me.
1: Does VoiceOver continue to talk during the upgrade?
2: Was there any negative effect on your BootCamp partition like not being able to access it?

Hi! I have upgraded to El Capitan and to me VoiceOver talked all upgrade process without problem.
Allso, i am usis in windows in but cump and i have no problem with this.
