Hi, is this possible on iOS 26? Can you assign the action button to open any app example messages. I know it isn't on iOS 27. I had a friend ask me and I didn't want to provide incorrect information.
I find no direct way to start an app, but the controls have functions for several app like drafts. If not there, you can always 'use the open app action in shortcuts.
