First of all, let me say that I am low vision and can therefore take pictures/video with the right lighting/contrast/zoom conditions.
I am wondering if anyone could recommend an accessible video editing app. I am looking for one that is easy to use and even preferably works at least sort of like Vine, but that is capable of recording much longer segments of video.
I'd prefer something where you could just tap and hold on the screen whenever you want to take video and release your finger when you wanted to insert an edit, and then re-tap-and-hold when you want to start recording again.

I am not sure about. Video Editing App
Hi Misty
I'm not sure if there some app what does that you are looking for but you can try
iMovie
What iMovie does is create projects longer that you want with out restrictions, insert videos from your camera roll, insert pictures, media and audio
the only bad think about iMovie talking about accessibility is voiceOver can't read one button when need to done the project.
the button is located on the top upper left corner other on that voiceOver is quite accessible.
also include more of the options to share or import to diferents sorces.
