I just noticed today. that my voiceover keeps repeating screen curtain on again and again. I think its crashing repeatedly because I turn speech off and it still comes on and says it. It seems to have started today and it happens when I'm not touching my phone. I turn off my bluetooth and it seems to stop. It seems to be something to do with the Airpodds I got for Christmas because it never happened until today.

This was a bug in iOS 16 and it may be coming back again. I remember my phone doing exactly the same thing. I’ve never owned any AirPods though that’s just to this from the regular internal phone speakers. The only time that this happened for me was whenever I was using an enhanced premium voice. The workaround for me was to end up switching to a regular voice and then I didn’t have the problem anymore. Hopefully you can get this resolved soon because yeah it’s really annoying to have Voice crash like that. Yours may be a little different though otherwise I’ve also never used any Bluetooth on my devices.
