Voice Recorder app recommendations?

Hi,

I am trying to find an accessible voice recorder to take notes. I have the one that came with my iPhone & it's okay. However I'm looking for something that will be easy to navigate, work well with VoiceOver, allow me to identify recordings with a label and hopefully append (add information) to an existing recording. So far I have been unable to find anything that meets all of these criteria.

Does anybody have any suggestions?

Hi, I really like list recorder. you can record your voice and take text notes. I also like IPro Recorder, because, it can record with quite a good and awesome quality.
