Hello, does anyone know of a remote support app that will allow a VoiceOver user to support an iOS device remotely for tech support, troubleshooting, etc?
Thanks

As far as I know there isn't really even anything available that will let someone not using voiceover do that. TeamViewer, the only system I know of that is doing remote support on iOS can only actually do remote control if you are using the specific app that the support has been built into. It also requires that you have the (expensive) Corporate license (Rather than just the business license). Otherwise, all that can be done is to get some information about what apps are running and get screenshots of the person's screen to see what's going on on the screen.

Team Viewer has a free version you can use. I tried it with my iPhone and a Windows machine. I connected to the Windows machine with my phone and was able to move around the screen and hear NVDA read items as if I were touching the screen or touchpad. You have to disable VoiceOver for this to work.

I then tried logging onto my Surface with my iPad. I have a keyboard connected to it. With VoiceOver turned off, I was able to use the Surface as if I were sitting in front of it.

I will have to try iOS device to iOS device to see how that goes.
