Using ios15.3 on an IPhone 8, is anyone else noticing there earpeace volume keeps turning down? For example When a call comes in I'm finding myself having to turn up the volume so that I can hear the other person. I'd say 99 percent of the time I have to do this. It's like it's not holding. I've tried restarting the phone but it's still happening.

Yes
Sadli yes. In my AirPod pro. I thought that unlucky 13 was bad but iOS 15 is worse.
Yes, me too.
Interestingly enough, I don't notice this on FaceTime, just phone.
I'd report it to…
I'd report it to accessibility but not sure if this would be accessibility related. I'm sure if I did they hopefully would pass it on to the right area.
Siri also
The volume with Siri goes very low. Need to restart phone to get Siri back to normal volume.
Phone service related
If the volume is low or high on certain phone calls, it means that the other party is using a 3G phone or a carrier that does not support HD voice or enhanced voice services, another reason could be that the user has disabled VOLTE, this should not happen on FaceTime or other third-party calling services, if it does, go to settings, accessibility, audio/visual, left right stereo balance in make sure it is set to 50% left and right, also, if it’s still happening, turn off phone noise cancellation
