hello to all,
Recently i came across david woodbridges excelent review and podcast of the Fitbit fleks. my question is what is the difference, between this band he reviewed and the new fitbit charge HR?
Which one is better and the more accessible is i guess what i am trying to work out now.
what can i do with fitbit charge that i can't with fleks?
thanks william
p.s. if i input my foods will that help me to stay fit in any way or is it only for informational purposes? what are the motivations of using fitbit vs say, an apple watch in its activity app?
kind regards william

Hi Will,
Hi Will,
I had a fitbit flex, but it died after a year of use. The flex was a decent band, but I didn't really care for it too much. The Charge HR is the way to go. It has heart rate tracking throughout the day and tracks sleep cycles. Unlike the flex, the device is almost like a watch with a small display that tells you without looking at the phones fitbit app what activity you are doing. I personally don't use the display, but believe the charge HR is the better option, and you'll probably spend a little more, but it's worth it in the long run.
so what can it do
justin
thank you so much for this response to my query. so what can i do with the charge hr? have you written a guide on it somewhere? i know you can see the display to see what actually doing with the app but can we see all that the display shows with voiceover, in the app itself?
