Westminster Chimes for iPhone Question

Looking for some assistance with the Westminster chimes app. The app previously announced (with voice over running) the time when it chimed both the hour & half hour. After the last upgrade the app doesn't seem to announce the time any more. I'm running 6.01 on an iPhone 4S. I have Westminster Chimes running in my Notifications center. I've turned everything except "sounds" off in the notifications section for the app. Should I be changing the settings in either the Notifications area or the app itself to get the time announcement back? What settings should I use in either of these areas to get the app to announce the time on the hour & half hour like it did before the upgrade? I'd appreciate any assistance and instructions from anyone who can help. Thanks, Adam
