I'm not a mac user, but as far as I know there isn't an app that lets you combine several apps into one thing. I'd think your best bet would be to get the apps you're looking for from the app store.

You cannot get discord from the app store and for messenger just use m.facebook.com as that is what gives a farily good experience, or make a fluid app for messenger.facebook.com
