Apple care adviser

Hi, my name is Guy and I am a fairly new VoiceOver user. I love that I can turn something on and begin using it. I am in the running for an apple care at home advisor position with Apple. I am excited about this position since I love troubleshooting computer issues. Has anyone here used the software associated with this job? If so how does it work with VoiceOver? Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated. Thanks much, Guy schlosser
