Hi everyone, hope you're doing well and staying safe 😊 I'm running macOS Tahoe on an M2 MacBook Pro. It's been a while since I've got into listening to internet radio on macOS but I'm thinking about getting back into it again. I want to know: what's the best and most accessible app for listening to internet radio on macOS in 2026? Your recommendations would be much appreciated. The reason why I'm asking this question is because I would imagined that things have come on since I last took this more seriously about 10 years ago. Looking forward to your recommendations. Thank you very much for reading everyone 😊

I have used Triode which is accessible with voiceover on the Mac. I also tried Mapcasts which is free and accessible. You can save a station but have to use voiceover space on the station name. It brings up the player and there is a menu with more options and that is where you will find save. It also has the option to record, but you have to pay for the subscription.

Hey, have you got a link to the other app you used? When I googled mapcast it didn't come up with anything about internet radio.

That would be Simulcast. Head and shoulders above the rest. Just hang in there it will be worth the wait.
Oh yes if you want Podcasts it will do those to.
