i just wanted to post to this forum to ask which pdf application you guys use in order to quicly and accessibly convert pdf documents to word documents?
Alternatively, is their an application any of you use in order to read pdf documents i.e textbooks etc easily and quicly and is the application available for the mac operating system?
If you could please let me know, that would be wonderful.

pandoc
The conversion utility I use for a bunch of different formats is pandoc. It's a free download but it is a command line utility.
I heard Voice Dream Reader was coming to the Mac eventually once TestFlight for the Mac is available. I currently do all my reading on my iPhone with either audio or a braille display. I'm sure others will have recommendations for apps on the Mac.
I have had success reading most PDF documents with preview as long as the pages aren't just screenshots.
