Hey fellow AppleVi's members.
Hope you are having a great day so far.
I was just wondering how to clear all notifications in the Notification Center on the Mac with VoiceOver?
I remember I have once located the clear all button in the past but now I have no idea where is it located.
So was wondering how do I find it?
Whether there is a VO command to locate the button?
Looking forward for your guidance

Clearing notifications on macOS
To clear a notification on macOS, focus on it in Notification Center and choose "Close" from the Actions menu (accessed by pressing VO-Command-Space). For notification groups, this action is labeled as "Clear all."
Alternatively, you can clear a notification group by expanding it with VO-Space, clicking the Clear button, and then clicking it again to confirm.
Clear all
Hey Tyler. But is there a way on Mac, as there is on iOS, to literally clear all notifications, from all apps, in one go?
Dave
Hey Dave
I was also looking for the clear all notifications from the Notification Centre like on iOS .
I want to empty the whole thing.
Cannot remember of such a feature on macOS
Hi,
From my experience (Mac User since macOS Big Sur), I've never seen such a feature on macOS. I've been clearing notifications since then in the way that Tyler has described.
Used to be there in 15.1
For a time, you could press VO+End to jump to the clear all button.
I think since 15.2 that was removed.
You will have to clear notifications one at a time as described above.
Trust me, I wish you could just get rid of them all at once.
It is still there
The option to clear all notifications is still there, do not ask me how to show it. It is a puzzle, I keep navigating with arrows and tap key then it shows up in a menu I press it then it shows me clear banners only or all notifications.
Make sure to be in standard…
Make sure to be in standard grouping behaviour when accessing anything in the notification centre area, there are bugs when we are in any of the other three modes. You can work around some or most of them when using the trackpad commander dragging your finger around but it's not really reliable.
@ Maldalain I would have to agree with you
it wasn’t there for the longest time on my Mac. I found an interesting looking app which I was trying out called supercharge. Amongst other things, it can give you some nice tweaks that you can apply to your system. One of them is a key command to clear all notifications. Funnily enough, once I performed this clear notifications command, guess what shows up? You guessed it, the button in Notification Center. why it randomly went away when I updated to 15.2? I have no idea, but I’m glad it’s back, even though I can now just press command control shift delete to do the same thing from anywhere.
