Hi all, subject is pretty accurate. I'm attempting to download some past recordings from NLS not books or magazines, but each time I go to their website I get a CloudFlare thing instead. This started happening a few days ago, and I just contacted support this morning. I received a prompt response which indicated that it could possibly be a virus. So I re-installed Bit Defender, but it's not finding anything. The support person also recommended I take a screen shot of the CloudFlare page that comes up, and I'm going to try and do that. In addition, I changed my privacy setting to only allow apps from the App store. Has anyone else been experiencing this?

Heuristic issues
CloudFlare has some issues with their heuristics. The problem is that unfortunately, as screen-reader users, our navigation patterns are total outliers, so sometimes we are just considered bots, which is not far from the truth since it's the screen-reader that's doing the actual navigation. For example whereas the average sighted user uses a mouse to navigate web content, making it possible to analyze the movements of their mouse cursors in order to determine whether they are bots, in our case the mouse either isn't on the screen or instantly jumps from control to control making it completely obvious that it's being controlled by a machine. I've been locked out of my own CloudFlare account in the past because of this problem as well, and the solution I found at the time was to use private browsing to log in, but why that worked remains a complete mystery to me even today, so maybe try that, and if it works don't ask me why.
