Command Tab not working in latest version of Mac OS

Hello everyone. How are you doing?
Ever since using my 2018 Mac mini tonight, I have been experiencing a bug where Command Tab doesn't switch between the different apps. I have tried the usual... restarted the computer, restarted Voiceover, etc. Any way of fixing this?

Thank you

Here's an update, it's working now as of this morning. Let's hope it stays that way.

Glad you've got it working again. It works fine on my similar system, a 2019 Mac Mini. I use an external Microsoft IntelliSense keyboard.

If it happens again, one thing to try is resetting the boot PROMs by holding Option+Command+P+R. Reboot and immediately press those keys. Hold them until you hear the system reboot a second time.

Though I've never had a problem with Command+Tab not working, the "ignore next keypress" command, VO+Tab, does not work in current Mac OS and has been reported to Apple Accessibility.
