Need to copy all my Mac-hd content to my laptop, softwares, anything, is it possible? or like windows i must install each software again?
Need your suggestions please
If you have an external harddrive, make it as your time machine backup drive, have your mac mini do the backup on that, then attach the external drive to your new device and while setting it up, restore from time machine backup.
That should do the trick.
ok, but i installed already bigsur on my macbook pro, can i do this inside the system? or what is the steps?
i already did the time machine back-up on an external Hard drive.
THanks
If you already have your mac set up and its empty, as far as only having what comes natively with the os, you can use migration assistant found inside the utilities folder, connect your drive, and migrate your content that way.
