Hi I'm taking a HTML class and I was wondering, does anyone know how to edit HTML documents on the Mac?
One of my friends told me to try TextWrangler but I can't get it to read the document after I open it.
Any suggestion
I would look for the CotEditor app in the app store. It is a free editor and is accessible. It is the one I use for editing HTML on my Mac. You can also use text edit but there are a couple of preference changes that need to be made for it to work with HTML.
Hello,
If I remember correctly you need to make sure text edit is saving files in .txt format. You also need to turn off smart quotes and smart dashes in the preferences.
