Google keep on Mac

Hello AppleVis members.
Was wondering how I can use the Google keep website on Google chrome. I've tried my best in using but wasn't able to get much done.
In my opinion a user interface is highly unaccessible and clunky to use. Was wondering does anyone know how to use it efficiently and whether there are any guide or podcast how to make the most out of it on the Mac.

Currently I'm unable to do anything in Google Keep on the Mac including creating a note so any sort of help will be appreciated.
