I'm fairly certain that this isn't the best place to discuss torents. Also to answer your question, I have no idea.

this is not the place for discussion of torrents

I used to use torrents of all kinds of software. I joined the Mac Vissionaries list and got a torrent of Mountain Lion. I checked it out for a bit, then had the polish idea to post on the list about how updates were handle in that version. I was using a developer preview, this was before there were macOS public betas. I got a few emails from the admins of the Mac missionaries list, and a short time later, I was band from that list. Torrents, being eleagle software in most cases, would be like discussing developer previews on hear. Not allowed!!!

The first point, I can't help

The first point, I can't help you. That sounds like an off topic question as it doesn't relate to accessibility.

The second half is more interesting and don't see why that cannot be discussed. The Torrent system is for the transfer of large files and there are limit business and sources that use them as a distributed way of sharing legal files. It directly relates to accessibility and does not condone anything outside the law. If this were the case, we couldn't talk about internet browsers where illegals actions are committed every second.

I'd be interested to know of a more accessible torrent client too.
