How do I stop voiceover typingfeedback on Safari address bar

Hello,
.Have disabled voiceover typing feedback and this works in Pages, textfields Etc except for in Safari address bar where voiceover still announces every letter I type. Can this be disabled?
Secondly how do I download attachments from links?

I don't think theres a way to disable the feedback in address bars. This has been a thing in mac os since I can remember and I haven't found a way to disable it. regarding attachments, I think you press VO shift M to bring up the shortcut menu and there should be a save attachment as option there. Don't quite me on this though.
