iDatabase

Hi all! I recently purchased iDatabase for mac. It seemed to be pretty accessible for IOS but I wouldn't call it accessible on the mac at all. Has anybody used this and if so what are your comments? I am thinking about asking the app store for a refund. Has anybody done this and how difficult is it and will they do it if the app is not very accessible? Thanks, Jim
