Installing OS 10.11 from the recovery drive

Hi, I want to reinstall a clean install of OS 10.11. I have already erased my hard drive and when ever I try to install OS X, I cannot sign into the App Store with my Apple ID. I can't get voiceover to focus on the edit box to type in my password. Instead, it is telling me signing into the App Store when I use control option right and left arrow is and there is a progress indicator. Please help.

Hello.
If I understand you correctly then you need to press CTRL option F2 plus the FN key to go thru windows, then you can type your sign in information. I had this issue when I tried to reinstall Mountainlion a few years back.
HTH.
